SMART Objective: Magazine Article on History of Cinematography

For my major project, I will be writing a magazine article (approximately 750 to 1000 words) with the use of pictures to enhance the explanation. I will write the article using Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Once I have written the article, I will create the layout of the magazine article in a design software called Pixlr.

For this project, I will be researching on how to write a magazine article along with how to make it interesting. The main idea of this article will be about the history of cinematography from the last 100 years. I will also research 3 famous cinematographers of our generation such as Roger Deakins, Rachel Morrison and Jack Cardiff. My target audience for this project will be the young generation who are interested in the concept of cinematography and who would like to understand the concept of films in more depth. The article will be presented in a Flipbook, which will be uploaded on my website. I will complete this project and upload it by the beginning of March.
