He's Coming: Finalising Chapbook and Website Upload
I have finally finished writing and formatting my chapbook in a word document, coming up to a total of 24 pages including the front and back cover. I will now convert it using a flipbook online software called Heyzine.
Upon uploading my PDF file to the flipbook software, I decided to change the background colour to something similar as my website colour so it can match.
Now, I will began uploading the flipbook on to my website. I start by selecting the '+Add Page' button on the bottom, renaming it the title of my chapbook 'He's Coming' and selecting the 'Blank Page'. I then moved the page under 'Gallery' so it will become a sub-page of it.
I then selected the 'Add Elements' button and selecting 'Text', 'Heading 2' and putting the title on to it along with changing the colour to match the other pages and the size to 70.
I then selected the 'Embed Code' option inside 'Add Elements' and pasted the website link I received from the online software. I then readjusted the size to create a neat look. I also decided to add a small description about the chapbook by selecting 'Add Elements', 'Text', and 'Heading 5', changing the colour to black, the size to 20 and placing it under the title.
Thus, this is the final page result.
Reflection:
As I have done this before, nothing was on the difficult size when navigating through to upload this flipbook. I loved the end result and how the background colour matches extremely well with the background colour of my website. I am satisfied and happy with the final outcome of this project.
